Shipping Policy
I package every piece with care so it arrives safely to you. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and U.S. deliveries usually take 5–10 business days to arrive. Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note that shipping delays can happen due to the carrier or weather, but I’ll always do my best to help. If your artwork arrives damaged, just send me photos within 48 hours, and I’ll work with you to fix the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each piece is an original work of art, all sales are final. I’m not able to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, your happiness with your order means a lot to me—so if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
